Purpose of Role * Responsibilities: - Keep all course material up to date and relevant. - Keep abreast of statutory payroll changes and requirements. - Retain control of the training process, whilst delegating relevant tasks to the training assistants. - Carry out any customer and in-house training courses as required. This role requires a bright and enthusiastic person with an outgoing personality Candidates need to have: - Knowledge and experience of payroll and payroll computer systems is essential. - Training qualifications would be advantageous but not essential. Training experience is essential. - Candidates must have the ability to communicate verbally, to a high standard and with confidence. - Knowledge of the Recruitment industry is preferred, but not essential. - Good customer facing skills. - Logical thinking.
